Established in 2018
The Tiny Bites concept was born when two people from the baking industry wanted to open a different type of bakery; they ended up with two primary goals, providing the freshest products and a unique experience. While developing the concept it became apparent that the servings should be small so someone could experience a few different creations at a time, this is how the «Tiny Bites» concept was born. A dessert shop where the customer orders their dessert and then watches as the different ingredients are combined to create a fresh delicious treat.

Marc has over 25 years of experience in the baking industry and has owned and managed various types of bakeries in Florida. He also has sold bakery supplies for different manufacturers in Florida and South Georgia.

Tita has been decorating cakes for 20+ years and has over 4000 creations to her credit. She owned a cake shop in her native Venezuela and has made cakes for several Tampa bakeries and her home based business since coming to the US 7 years ago.
